Our commitment to innovation is exemplified by our Direct Reduced Iron (Sponge Iron) manufacturing facility at Uthiramerur in Kancheepuram, near Chennai. We are the first company in Tamil Nadu to produce steel directly from Iron Ore, ensuring unparalleled quality control from the very source. This integrated approach allows us to manufacture a comprehensive range of products including Steel Billets, Sponge Iron, Structural Beams, Channels, Angles, and TMT bars, all in strict accordance with BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) specifications.

• Three Rotary Kilns: Dedicated to manufacturing high-quality Sponge Iron, complete with auxiliaries and waste heat recovery boilers that generate steam for our turbines to produce electricity.
• Steel Melting Shop: Featuring two 20-ton induction furnaces paired with a 6/1 continuous casting machine, enabling us to produce steel billets and blooms of various sizes with consistent quality.
• Structural Steel Rolling Mill: A heavy-duty mill designed to produce a wide range of medium and heavy sections, including Beams, Channels, and Angles, meeting diverse construction and industrial demands.
• Captive Power Plant: A robust 12 MW capacity power plant ensures uninterrupted operations and energy independence, supporting our extensive manufacturing processes.
• Fully Equipped Testing Lab: Our in-house laboratory conducts stringent quality checks on incoming raw materials, intermediate products, and final finished goods, guaranteeing that every Noble Steel product surpasses industry benchmarks.
