About Our Company
Beginning
Established in 2004, Noble Steels has achieved significant growth in the manufacturing and marketing of Structural Steel. Over the years, we have witnessed tremendous growth and have established ourselves as a complete mini-integrated Steel plant, first of its kind in South India. We are currently the market leader in South India catering to the state of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, and UT of Puducherry. In Tamil Nadu, we are the first company to produce Steel from Iron Ore at our Direct Reduced Iron (Sponge Iron) manufacturing facility at Uthiramerur in Kancheepuram near Chennai. We are also engaged in the manufacture of Steel Billets, Sponge Iron, Structural Beams, Channels, Angles and TMT bars in accordance to BIS specification
Our Strengths
Our manufacturing facilities are ISO certified and consists of the following viz.

Sponge Iron plant 3x100 TPD kilns complete with all auxiliaries and waste heat recovery boilers to produce steam for turbines to generate electricity.

Steel melting shop 2x20 tons induction furnace with 6/1 continuous casting machine to produce steel billets and blooms of assorted sizes.

Structural steel rolling mill to produces Medium / Heavy sections, Beams, Channels and Angles.

Captive power of 12 MW capacity.

Fully quipped testing lab to check quality of incoming raw material, secondary product, and final products.

Our products line is approved by industry Leaders and marquee clients like BHEL L&T, TANGEDCO, BGR Energy Powerica, FL Smidth, OEM's of BHEL, and many more leading end users of structural steel products.

Competencies

The factory has an annual capacity of 4,50,000 M.T. and is equipped with three Rotary Kilns to manufacture Sponge Iron.

The two electric furnaces melt the Sponge Iron and the Continuous Caster produces the Billets from the Liquid metal.

The factory also boasts of a Heavy Duty Rolling Mill to manufacture the finished Structural Steel products like Beams, Channels and Angles. The 12MW Power Plants ensures adequate power to support the manufacturing process
