Sponge Iron

Sponge Iron, has now emerged as a prime raw material for steel making, has become a well-known replacement of steel scrap, which can be consumed as high as 80 % in a known heat size. In our factory, the Sponge Iron unit have three 100 TPD rotary Kiln. By consuming the world's best high grade Iron Ore from NMDC, we are able to maintain higher metallic Iron up to 90% and lesser impurity levels in sponge iron.
